This 5000 sqft luxury villa based in Assam has been designed to deliver comfort within the region’s sub-tropical and humid climate. The double-storeyed residence is landscaped with water bodies, tall existing trees, and indoor plants, delivering a calm from mother nature. Within the villa, large volumes of space with both horizontal and vertical axes of free vision allow absolute freedom of the mind. These spaces open outwards through large apertures on the roof and walls for effective cross ventilation. Pockets of spaces along the boundary edges allow a residence’s comfort with a beautiful play of slanting sunlight, cool winds, and rippling water.

Abode Quartet
This project houses a small nuclear family of a Teacher. It entails a G+1 Floor structure in which the ground floor is a commercial space, incorporating a clinic and a hall for small gatherings, whereas the first floor is the client’s personal quarters. The project has been designed to incorporate openings, such as windows and balconies, which allow natural views, and elements of light and ventilation into the lived spaces. A contemporariness has been added to the elevations with a modern palette of colours on the exteriors & semi paved front yards.

Bumble B
Bumble Boom is a Kids Play Area designed in the heart of Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. The crèche caters to the mothers and children of the neighbourhood, creating a child friendly space in the midst of a dense market. The interior work is done in a two storied building facing a central park. The second floor of the building functions as a play area and gathering space. The approach was to design and treat the whole building as a character. The facade caters for a variety of functions and requirements, and at the same time, creates a light and transparent indoor atmosphere, also to create a dialogue with the street, hence becoming a landmark. The large window formats provide perfect conditions for play and educational work.
